Easy Returns

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund.

You have the right to return your order within ten calendar days, starting from the day you have received your package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all its accessories and all packaged components.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility for buyers’ reasons, such as didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, etc… Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

After receiving and inspecting the goods. If the goods are due to a manufacturer’s fault and we accept a refund, your shipping costs will be paid in whole or in part based on the product’s price, which is promotional or non-promotional.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to Return an Item

If you want to initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Please send us a receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase., and photo of the products you’ve received with the return request to support@customtisfy.com, and we will guide you through the steps.

2. Please return the item to the provided address in response email within ten calendar days and send us the tracking number after you ship the item.

3. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
