Can I ship the products to an address that does not match my billing address?

Yes, definitely!  During the checkout process, you are able to enter any shipping address and specify a different billing address.

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Immediately after placing your order, you should receive an email notification at the email you entered during the checkout process.  Also if you have provided a mobile phone number you will receive notification text messages confirming your order and tracking information.

Why am I charged before my order has shipped?

Our payment provider automatically & securely processes your order immediately after it is placed.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We securely accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All prices and orders are listed and processed in GBP and US Dollars. However, please note that we are able to accept international credit and debit cards in any currency.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE international shipping. Please note, duties and other international shipping charges are non-refundable.

How can I see where my order is at the moment?

Customtisfy provides you with an excellent opportunity to track your order by simply indicating your tracking number. As soon as you get the number after shipment confirmation, fill it in on our Track my Order page and click on the Track button or click the tracking link in the email. As simple as ABC: you will immediately see where your package is at the moment and which stages your delivery has already gone through

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the fewer products you will get on the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, click the product name or the product image for more details.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method (air, sea, or land) and product weight/volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare the most affordable and economical.
